HAMELINVOGUE uses 100% Premium fabrics. Best quality Cotton & Linen are sourced from finest mills across the world. Our shirts are stitched with Giza Cotton, Pima and Supima Cotton, the finest cotton in the world and European linen, considered as the best Linen across the globe.
We believe in offering the best and newest to you. We will upload a range of new fabrics every month. Our in-house manufacturing facilitates the availability of latest and trending fabrics in the market. The latest fabrics are by default shown first on Hamelin vogue, India's best site for men's fashion.

Yes. You can touch and feel the fabric before placing your order or begin to customize your shirt online.. You can order fabric swatches of your choice from our custom shirt website at a very nominal price. To order swatches, visit our SWATCHES page.
Yes. Natural fabrics do shrink. We at HAMELINVOGUE pre-wash fabric to ensure it is free from shrinking. We also maintain a margin of 1-2% for supposed shrinkage after repeated wash. Rest assured, we will deliver a shirt that will fit you perfectly.
Placing An Order
Yes. Your personal account on the Hamelin vogue custom shirts online store adds to your convenience. Through your account, you can track previous orders, add/edit your measurements, and enables you to reorder your bespoke custom-made shirt without any hassles. Your account also helps us serve you better. Rest assured, your personal details are safe with us at all times.
To serve you faster and better, we send the shirt customization request for production as soon as it is received. Please contact us through “Contact us” page. We will let you know how we can help you.
Till the time your order is not sent for production, you can change or cancel your order. In the event of order cancellation, HAMELINVOGUE will credit redeemable points which can be settled against your next order. Please contact us through “ Contact us” page. We will let you know how we can help you.
If you are a new customer, we will split the order. So if you have ordered more than one shirt, we will ship one shirt first and based on your satisfactory feedback, we will process the balance order after an email or telephonic confirmation. Please note, in case we do not receive any update from your end, we will proceed with balance order.Do not worry, the above-stated process reduces risk with your order.

Yes you can order. However only 1 profile is allowed on this custom shirts website per account. Thus we suggest that you make new account for your friend/family member. Also our fit guarantee applies only to the first shirt purchased through the account, regardless of the person it is purchased for. Hence, we would suggest you create different accounts for family members. The account opening is free.
Yes. On the measurements page, you can save your measurements using a unique profile name and other details. For all subsequent purchases, you can use this profile to get the same fit.
Once the order is placed, you can give your measurement before making the payment. Use "Proceed to Measurements" option visible in the “Cart” section.
Shipping & Delivery
No shipping charges on delivering orders across India. For international orders, customers will receive an email notification stating the shipping charge.
Once you place your order after you have customize your Shirts on our online tailor shop , the shirt is sent for production. We shall strive to deliver your shirt within 7 days.
Note: For orders under 'Send a Shirt' option, our tailors will begin production only after your shirt is received. Hence we will deliver your perfect fitting shirt within 7 working days once your shirt is received for sizing.
Once your order is dispatched , we will send you tracking number of your order in an email
Yes, all prices are inclusive of taxes. You need not pay any additional taxes.
Yes. If your order is in the process and you wish to change the shipping address, you can intimate us through ‘contact us’ within 2 working days after placing the order.
Note: Changing shipping address while the order is in transit, may attract additional charges

Payments
This custom shirts online store accepts / receives payments from all major Debit & Credit cards. Our custom shirt website also accept payments through net-banking, UPI and E-wallets.
You are going to be a proud owner of a specialized shirt, only to be worn by you and is not meant for resale, hence, valuing your association with us and welcoming your concern, we do not prefer shipping orders against cash, as of now.
Guaranteed Fit
HAMELINVOGUE guarantees the fitting of your shirts; however, if you are not satisfied, please contact us through ‘contact us’ page stating the concern. Further, we offer FREE alteration/remake of your 1st shirt, if the shirt doesn't fit. We will check the problem and make the necessary alteration or make new shirt altogether if required.
Contact us within 7 days of the order delivery. On receipt of your query, we will contact you for additional information and work with you to deliver a perfect fit shirt. You need to ship the original shirt unused and in its original packaging to us.
The chances are very less, but just in case your shirt cannot be altered under the Guaranteed Fit, we will stitch a new one for you, absolutely FREE. Remade orders will fall under standard delivery timeframe. Ship us the original shirt unused and in its original packaging.
Remakes are limited only for the first shirt. However, if there has been an error at our end in making the shirt as per your request, we will replace the shirt for you. It is recommended to choose the correct measurement profile while customizing a shirt.
For subsequent orders , we will make the alterations if need be. However alterations in subsequent orders will be chargeable.
However if the alteration is required due to mistake on our part , we will alter / remake your shirt for free.
Alterations & Returns
We ensure to do our best so that you shop with ease and look appealing and fresh, always. Thus, if there are any production defects or style omissions, we will replace your shirt at our expense and issue credits for the cost of return shipping. The return shipping expense will be borne by us up to a maximum of Rs. 50 per shirt.
You can request for alteration or a return under the following situations:
- There is an issue with the fitting of your first shirt under the guaranteed fit promise. Only one round of alteration is complimentary for the first shirt.
- There is an error at our end in terms of order production, execution, or shipment.
- If for any reason your custom made shirt was not tailored accurately and does not satisfy the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shirt
Please ensure, the returned shirt is unworn, undamaged and packed in its original packaging with all the tags intact. HAMELIN will not be liable for any damages caused to the shirt during transit.
